Britney Spears, who had recently dumped the shutterbug and allegedly filed a restraining order against him, is reportedly embarrassed over footage Ghalib is trying to sell for "hundreds of thousands" of dollars. The singer had apparently been notified of Ghalib taking advantage of their time together by informing the photo agency of their every move and plans.
The news came after Britney Spears, 26, came out of her more than two-hour deposition in the office of her ex husband Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Kaplan. The deposition is for Spears' current custody battle with Federline for their sons Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.
Britney Spears was seen leaving the court-ordered appointment at 1:30pm wearing a "blank look on her face," a source says.
