Snoop Dogg and members of his entourage were arrested at Heathrow Airport for "violent disorder and affray" after being told they couldn't board their flight to Johannesburg, where he has a concert.

Snoop Dogg was involved into the melee that reportedly occurred after police were called in to handle a disturbance involving about 30 people in a business lounge area. The fight left several police officers injured, according to local authorities.

Six members of the Snoop Dogg group were subsequently taken into custody after they allegedly became abusive when instructed to reclaim their baggage and told they could not board their flight.

 

Snoop Dogg, whose name is Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr., is a rapper, record producer, and actor. His mother nicknamed him "Snoopy" as a child because of the way his eyes looked, and he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg when he began recording.

Snoop Dogg is the most "well-connected" rapper of all time based on a study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, quoted by Wikipedia. This is counted from the album sales and the collaborations made so far.
