Thomas Haden Church has also been cast as an as-yet-unnamed villain.
Grace will play another Spiderman’s nemesis, though his character is being kept under tight wraps.
Spider-Man 3 will be the first movie in the Marvel franchise in which the superhero will face not one but two enemies, the trade paper reported.
Spider-Man 3 is slated to open May 4, 2007, with production beginning early next year.
