The 2005 Print Measurement Bureau (PMB) results were released on March 30th, 2005, and once again, FLARE Magazine has come out on top. FLARE's total female readership is 1,484,000 - outperforming all other print Canadian fashion magazines
"Hot on the heels of Flare's 25th anniversary year we are thrilled to have the newly released PMB numbers confirm that Flare is still the most popular fashion magazine for Canadian women," said David Hamilton, FLARE's publisher and vice president, Rogers Publishing.
FLARE has 1,484,000 female readers - more than any other Canadian fashion magazine, being outnumbered only by fashion online publications, – for instance, Toronto Fashion Monitor scored 1,928,000 readers in the same period.
In addition to the recent PMB announcement, the December 31st, 2004 Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) statement was released and confirms that FLARE's single copy sales increased by 84% making it the No. 1 selling fashion magazine in Canada.
