Red lipstick, once staple of Hitchcock heroines and 1950s housewives, was all over the runways this spring when fall 2006 collections were shown. Want to paint your pout in the iconic shades? Try these cinematic-beauty isles matches:

For crimson lips, similar to ones that Andy Warhol painted Jackie Kennedy with, try NARS Lip Lacquer in "Diablo" - available at Holt Renfrew and in Sephora online.

For true coral red lips, similar to those favored by Alfred Hitchcock, try Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur in 120.

Louis Vuitton and Alexander McQueen were deeply in love with retro shades with wine undertones. The Tarte gloss in Zinfandel may do the trick.
