Legal Fight over Heath Ledger Fake Drug Tape SettledA legal feud over a leaked video, which allegedly showed late Heath Ledger using cocaine, has now reached settlement.
In the clip, Heath Ledger is shown among a group of people snorting the drug at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel in 2006.
However, leaked footage has apparently provided no evidence Ledger actually took the drug.
An anonymous woman, in whose hotel room the footage was shot, had filed a lawsuit claiming that she didn't take drugs and never gave her consent for the video to be filmed by her paparazzo boyfriend.
The video was sold by photo agency Splash to TV show 'Entertainment Tonight' soon after Ledger's death from an accidental overdose of prescription drugs in January 2008.
But the show never aired the footage, reports Contactmusic.
The details of the agreement between the woman and the agency have not been revealed.
