Britney Spears is in even more trouble with the law, for failing to respond to a lawsuit filed against her by her former manager.

Johnny Wright, who also managed Justin Timberlake and Backstreet Boys, is claiming that the singer failed to pay him commissions dating back to 2003.

Wright served Britney with papers in October – a moment which was caught by the paps – but she has failed to provide an official answer or plea and so a default has been entered against her.
