Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is sued by her former attorney Jamal Davis who claimed that she owed him money for the services he rendered.

Davis claimed that he helped Virgie Arthur obtain an order to keep Dannielynn, Anna's daughter, in the Bahamas while the newborn's paternity is being determined.

However, he stopped any further dealings with Arthur, as she did not pay him the legal fees.

"We represented her to the best of our abilities. We managed to avoid the child being removed from the Bahamas up until the point of time that we stopped representing her and we haven't received payment for our time and devotion spent on this matter," TMZ quoted Davis, as saying.

 

Meanwhile, Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend/entertainment photojournalist, Lary Birkhead filed the lawsuit to challenge the paternity of Dannielynn. [ANI NEWS, AGENCIES]
