Tom Cruise, an avid Scientology crusader, is apparently trying hard to convert David and Victoria Beckham,to Scientology.

IANS news report that Cruise left 18 messages in an hour to get them to join the cult.

"Victoria is sick and tired of Cruise being on her back about Scientology," a source told www.hollywood.tv, adding that Victoria Beckham is an old-fashioned British woman with Christian values.

"When she says no, she means no," added the source.

However, Cruise's representative denied the story, saying, "This is completely false. Cruise does not and never has encouraged anyone to adopt Scientology."
