Court also uphold the previous decision of Judge Larry Seidlin giving custody of the body of Anna Nicole Smith to baby Dannielynn's court-appointed advocate, Richard Milstein.
Smith's mom wanted Anna Nicole's body to be buried in Texas, while the others wanted the body to be buried in the Bahamas.
Howard K. Stern, the former Smith's boyfriend, told a Florida court
that Anna Nicole Smith always wanted to be buried near her son in the Bahamas, and she even bought two burial plots for their tombs.
Smith's son, Daniel, died of an apparent drug overdose on Sept. 10, 2006, Stern said.
Howard K. Stern mentioned that Anna Nicole Smith originally wanted to be buried near Marilyn Monroe in Los Angeles. "Anna always thought she was going to die young. She asked me to look at plots in the Bahamas," Stern said.
"Anna was very firm that the Bahamas was her home," he added. "It was where she wanted to raise Dannielynn. She was very firm." [TORONTO DAILY NEWS]
