Hollywood director John Waters has defended rapper K-Fed while slamming Britney Spears for the mindless acts she has been exhibiting lately.

The 60- year old 'Mondo Trasho' filmmaker has said that the rapper does not deserve the harsh media criticism, for he has done nothing wrong, and has instead labelled Britney 'an idiot'.

"You don't see him out there getting out of limousines and flashing his shaved crotch. What did he do that was so wrong? [Britney] is the idiot? She's the one who gave him the Ferrari," TMZ quoted the director, as saying.

 

Meanwhile Britney Spears has been spotted with a new man. Former pop princess have spent some quality time with model-and-actor Isaac Cohen, and they were recently spotted in the Hugh Hefner suite of a Las Vegas hotel on Saturday night.

The pair stayed in the Fantasy Tower wing of The Palms hotel, in the $40,000-a-night, two-storey Hugh Hefner Sky Villa, which has an 8 feet rotating bed, a Jacuzzi, full bar and a glass elevator.

And unlike BritBrit's ex, Cohen is not "a player."

"He's got a great heart and a good family, and he was raised well. He's a gentleman," Cohen's agent, Brandi Lord, told People magazine.

Over a week ago, the pop princess and Isaac were seen together on a speedboat off the coast of Marina del Rey, in California, and they met up the next night at the Whiskey Blue bar of Westwood's W Hotel.

BritBrit filed for divorce from Kevin Federline last November. The couple have two sons together, 15-month-old Sean Preston and four-month-old Jayden James.
