Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock had four different wedding ceremonies - one for each of the four months of their marriage.

Pamela Anderson has announced that she is divorcing her husband Kid Rock, only just three months after the two tied the knot in four consecutive wedding ceremonies.

The first wedding took place on a luxury yacht in St. Tropez, France, followed by a legal ceremony in Beverly Hills and yet another ceremony in Nashville.

 

Anderson has stated ever-popular "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her early divorce. "Yes, it's true," Anderson wrote in her online diary. "Unfortunately impossible."

Former Baywatch star and avid animal rights protector Pamela Anderson and rock star Kid Rock became engaged in 2002 but broke up the following year. A spokeswoman for Pamela confirmed the sad news to People: "Pamela filed for divorce last week. It wasn't a happy Thanksgiving."

Pamela Anderson, who is currently appearing on screens in Borat, suffered miscarriage while filming her new movie Blonde And Blonder earlier this month.

Both Pamela and Kid asked that the court not get involved in awarding spousal support.

Canadian-born Pamela Anderson was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 and has two children with him - Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 9.
