Pop star Jesse McCartney has sparked again rumors about Jennifer Lopez' pregancy by blurting out the "happy news" during a radio interview in Los Angeles.

The teen idol was making an appearance on Georgia's Star 94 when he left presenters speechless with his insider knowledge about the real reason Lopez quit the "Dallas" movie last month.

Then Vikki Locke inquired, “Oh, so I bet your girlfriend can give us the scoop on why Jennifer Lopez was fired from the movie?” Without thinking, McCartney replied, “She didn’t get fired. She’s pregnant.”

After an awkward silence the host was urged to change to subject by McCartney's handlers.

Jennifer Lopez's apparent pregnancy has been making headlines for months. J.Lo's spokesperson has said that the her client is "100 per cent not pregnant".

"His girlfriend has never even met Jennifer," the source said to US Weekly. "She just got cast in the movie after Jennifer was already out. Jennifer is shooting the cover of a high fashion magazine. Do you think she could wear couture if she was pregnant?"

Seems like someone loose-tongued was desperate to get into the heavy news rotation, after all.
