Paparazzo was arrested after he was found hiding in the bushes outside a pre-school daycare center where Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son, Maddox, is staying during the day.

Clint Brewer, 25, was trying to take pictures of the 4-year-old, Pitt's publicist, Cindy Guagenti, told the AP news. However, the photog released on $1,000 bail the same day.

 

Brewer was detained by a security guard for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie before being arrested on suspicion of trespassing and jailed briefly by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies, Reuters reports.

The paparazzo will be ordered to appear in court to face the trespassing charge, L.A. police rep told the media. Such misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of a year in county jail.

Angelina Jolie adopted her first child, Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt, in 2002. Maddox was born on August 5, 2001 as Rath Vibol in Cambodia. Angelina Jolie saw him for the first time there in a production break for the film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.

Maddox Jolie-Pitt has already become a fashion icon; whatever he wears flies off shelves. At age of 4 Maddox gels his own Mohawk, which Angelina gave him because "he had this crazy hair that stuck straight up. I had to do something with it."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and their children returned to Malibu last week after Angelina Jolie, 31, gave birth to daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt in Namibia on May 27.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are also parents to daughter Zahara, 17 months. Brad Pitt, 42, announced his intention to adopt Maddox and Zahara in December 2005, and
