In order to speed up the cash withdrawal, Nick Lachey is reportedly willing to agree to a $5-million settlement from his ex-wife.
Jessica Simpson, however, is not planning on rushing the divorce process. A close source has revealed: "Jessica doesn’t want to leave Nick high and dry, but this is about business, not love. She isn’t concerned if he’s in a cash crunch or if the divorce takes all year."
