Confirmation that Britney Spears is indeed pregnant again might have made headlines around the world, but her family don't appear too surprised.

"I've already been a great-grandfather twice so it's nothing new," Britney Spears' 75-year-old grandfather told Star magazine.

 

"When the baby gets here, we'll be excited."

Britney Spears' second child, rumoured to be a girl, is due to be born this September.

And even though she is determined not to give up her career until she feels the time is right, Britney Spears insists she would never neglect her children because of work.

"At one point I was thinking of being a home mom, but when my son sees me dance he lights up."

"Then I know what I'm supposed to be doing - if Mom's happy, baby's happy!" Britney Spears revealed in an interview.
