Jeff Burgar, who has TomCruise.com registered to his Alberta Hot Rods company, is frequently called before the WIPO and is one of the world's
best known cyber squatters.
Jeff Burgar has won similar cases involving BruceSpringsteen.com and KevinSpacey.com, but has lost many others involving domain names for Michael Crichton, Pierce Brosnan and Celine Dion.
