Denise Richards says in court papers that her estranged spouse, actor Charlie Sheen, may have been involved in the death of a porn star.
In divorce papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Denise Richards says Charlie Sheen did not deny it when she asked him if he had a part in the death of sex star Chloe Jones, the New York Daily News reported Tuesday.
"He said that he had 'no comment,'" Denise Richards says in court papers said. "This scared me. (Sheen) threatened me again 'that if I do not agree with his request for joint custody, that I would never make it to court.'"
Chloe Jones sold a story to a supermarket tabloid last May claiming Sheen paid her $15,000 for sex.
Denise Richards was pregnant with their second child and filed for divorce soon after the story was published.
One month later, Chloe Jones was found dead in her Houston home and her death was ruled an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.
Chloe Jones' best friend, Karen Struble told the Daily News she took regular medication for epilepsy and that her death was indeed accidental.
"There was no foul play," Struble said. "Charlie had nothing to do with it."
Denise Richards has obtained a restraining order against Charlie Sheen, who has denied all the lurid charges she has leveled against him in court.
