Britney Spears' publicist is denying widespread reports the pop princess is pregnant less than six months after the birth of her first child, Sean.

Apparently, there's no truth that Britney Spears is pregnant again, less than six months after the birth of her first child, Sean.

"This story is incorrect," Leslie Sloane Zelnik told the New York Daily News commenting on tabloid reports.

Many media outlets (including Fashion Monitor) were quoting Britney Spears saying she is expecting her second child with her husband, Kevin Federline.

Britney Spears' pregnancy rumors were fueled by a recent trip to the hospital by the pop princess.

However, Britney herself first publicly claimed it was her baby Sean who needed to be treated, the Daily News noted.

"Two babies is going to make it trickier than ever for her to drive the car," NBC "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno said recently.

He was referring to the much-publicized episode of Britney Spears driving in Malibu with her infant son sitting on her lap instead of baby seat.

"She may have to strap one kid to the roof rack," he joked.

Now, that's so funny.

Anyway, fans would be happy to know that Britney Spears is pregnant, not plain overweight.
