Kylie Minogue has reportedly been given the all-clear by doctors in Paris.

According to The Sun, Kylie was told the good news earlier this week.

"Kylie was desperate to see her family. She just wanted to hug them all and tell them it was going to be okay," a source told the paper.

"She is thrilled and relieved. It's been a tough few months and there have been times when she felt very weak and very down. Chemotherapy is a gruelling, horrible treatment, which puts the body under intense strain. But this is the news she has been waiting to hear and she can hardly put her happiness into words - she just keeps beaming."

"For the past couple of months she has been feeling very positive and healthy. She has put a bit of weight on and has been feeling confident about the future. Her hair is even beginning to grow back, which she is tickled pink about. So this news really is the icing on the cake."

The hospital visits aren't over, however, and Kylie Minogue will start radiation treatment shortly, which is supposed to guard against cancerous cells returning.
