Justin Timlberlake, ex-boyfriend of Britney Spears, has publicly supported the new mom since their split two years ago.

Justin thinks the unauthorized publication of Britney's baby pictures is outrageous.

"That's her baby and those are her baby pictures," he said.

Britney Spears is "a sweet person," Justin says, pleading: "Leave the girl alone."

The pop idol says he doesn't understand why people can't wait until Britney is comfortable to share the photos of her newborn baby.

Photos of Britney Spears, her husband Kevin Federline and the couple's infant son were published online on Friday, but were taken down a couple of hours after her record label, Jive Records, issued a statement threatening legal action.

The pictures, originally intended for the publication in People magazine, were allegedly stolen after Britney changed her mind and refused to allow the publication of baby's photos.
