Several photos of Britney Spears, her husband Kevin Federline and their infant son which had been taken in a private photo shoot, has recently leaked to the Internet.
Britney Spears, who has been feeling uneasy of selling these photos to magazines, is reportedly furious of the photos going online.
Britney Spears and her agennts have issued the statement addressed to the media regarding the publication of the photos claiming "they have no right, license or other legal authority to do so."
Britney's agents warn that anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these photos in any way will infringe the copyright.
The publication of Britney's photos will also classified as the "invasion of privacy of Ms. Spears, Mr. Federline and their infant son, for unauthorized commercial use of the name and photographs of Ms. Spears, Mr. Federline and their son, and for wrongful conversion of the photographs," Jive Records representatives said in a statement.
Not long before the photos leaked to the Internet, Britney Spears has changed her mind about selling photographs of her son, Glamour (UK) reports.
Britney Spears reportedly posed for studio shots with baby Sean Preston and husband Kevin Federline in LA last week, with People magazine footing the bill.
However, an insider claims Brit "started freaking out" the next day and changed her mind about selling the snaps.
"She started crying that she was selling out her baby and couldn't give up the pictures," says the source.
People magazine confirmed: "We have not purchased nor paid for any photos of Britney this week."
