Pop princess Britney Spears stated today that she will sue anyone who will use the stolen pictures with her baby boy Sean Preston Federline.
Britney Spears claims her new born baby’s pictures have been stolen after a private photoshoot.
After the birth of Sean Preston, Britney Spears had signed a deal worth rumored 6 million dollars with the People magazine (US).
Now the pop princess has warned that their publication would be considered an invasion of her family’s privacy.
According to E!Online, the pictures, that feature Britney, her husband Kevin Federline and one-month old baby Sean Preston, were reportedly swiped from a private photo session for People magazine.
The first pictures with Britney Spears and her son were made by photographer Mark Liddell, to be published by People magazine.
“Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for willful infringement of copyright,” said a press release by the ‘Toxic’ singer’s representatives.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline had recently made their first public appearance since the infant was born last month, but there had been no clear images of the baby until now.
