Tom Cruise admitted the possibility of marriage at The Oprah Winfrey Show on Monday; Katie Holmes said she is living a dream.

If acting students need to study a character in love then they have to look at Tom Cruise – right now. He has been all emotions at The Oprah Winfrey Show.

"I can't be cool, I can't be laidback. It's something that has happened and I feel I want to celebrate it and I wanna celebrate her. She's a very special woman," Cruise said about Katie Holmes.

Tom Cruise also disclosed that marriage is quite possible. "It is something I still have to discuss with her personally, but, you know," replied Cruise on the question about possible wedding plans. Winfrey then bravely asked, "So does that mean you are going to ask her to marry you?"

"I have to discuss it with her." Cruise repeated. He then persuaded a very shy Katie Holmes to come onto the stage. Holmes revealed that she had always dreamt about meeting Cruise and was now living that dream.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes first revealed their relationship while in Italy last month. They have been secretly dating for a few weeks.
