Tara Reid has filed a lawsuit against the owners of Sky Las Vegas for using her name in an ad, which highlights her recent wardrobe malfunction.
Hollywood bombshell accidentally exposed her breasts when a strap slid off her shoulder as she strutted towards rap artist P. Diddy’s birthday party in New York last November. Tara Reid’s revealing dress slipped, baring her cleavage.
According to the Internet Movie Database, the star claims that her reputation was tarnished by an advertisement for Sky Las Vegas, which reads, "Dear Tara Reid. Come let it all hang out."
The lawsuit alleges the ad implies that Tara Reid intentionally let her dress strap slip and that Sky Las Vegas is capitalizing on her misfortune by misrepresenting her as "sexually lewd or immoral."
Company spokeswoman Bea Goodwin said, "We have received no notification and no documentation about the lawsuit, and therefore we have no comment."
Tara Reid, 29, wants a judge to prohibit Sky Las Vegas from continuing to publish or distribute the ads, reports IMDb.com.
