Six People Injured at America's Next Top Model AuditionsDuring the audition, a fight broke out at the Park Central hotel, which led to a stampede.
America's Next Top Model casting call in New York City on Saturday ended up with stampede that left six people seriously injured.
After the news of a car fire spread through the crowd of Tyra Banks wannabes, a fight broke out at the Park Central hotel, which led to a stampede.
"Everyone got thrown everywhere," Annina Manttari, who had planned on auditioning, told The New York Times.
"People were getting run over."
Things got so out of hand that police were forced to shut down the audition.
Two women and one man were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and inciting to riot, while six other people were injured, two of which were taken to the hospital.
When it comes to free publicity, people tend to go overboard.
