Watch TV, Lose Weight

New groundbreaking reality television show promotes holistic approach to weight loss.

This weekend is the first airing of Slim Down TV, a new reality-style television show on healthy weight loss created and produced by Jamieson Laboratories.

The show follows the lives of real Canadians on their quest for healthy, permanent weight-loss and features Jamieson's new Slim Down Jump
Start Kit, a tested and proven natural weight-loss aid.

"Our goal in creating Slim Down TV is to provide Canadians with a holistic approach to healthy weight-loss," says Kevin Edwards, Vice President, Marketing, Jamieson Laboratories, "We follow the lives of real people in their journey to achieve maximum weight loss results."

The program showcases how a combination of exercise, healthy eating,
lifestyle modifications and Jamieson's natural supplements results in safe, permanent weight-loss.

Slim Down TV is hosted by Canadian media personality Lisa Rogers,
formerly the host of Flare TV and a regular on Cityline. The show features a variety of fitness, nutrition and food experts including some of Toronto's most celebrated chefs, Esther Benaim and Maggie McKeown of Great Cooks, David Lee of Splendido, Lynn Crawford of Truffles in the Four Seasons Hotel and JP Challet of the Fifth.

Viewers will be able to obtain the show's recipes, fitness tips and
nutrition advice from the Slim Down web site at www.slimdown.ca.
