British actor Sam Rockwell denies reports that he is dating former "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston.

Speculation started buzzing when the two were spotted having dinner together in New York, following which friends started calling them "a perfect match", reports contactmusic.com.

But Rockwell, who shot to fame with "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" and recently starred in "The Assassination of Jesse James" alondside Brad Pitt, says the two are just friends.

 

He said: "There's nothing going on between us. We might be doing a movie together - that's the dish."

"Aniston is not romantically linked to Rockwell," a spokesperson for the actress also denied the rumours.
