Not, not Sacha Baron Cohen - although that would be the hot couple! Britney Spears is still dating man model Isaac Cohen, it's been reported.

Britney Spears is still dating model/actor Isaac Cohen, despite comments suggesting that they have split - possible after puking accident.

Britney Spears has been spotted with Cohen several weeks ago and recently spent a lavish weekend in Las Vegas together. It was there when Britney Spears was caught getting sick all over her boyfriend in a car after an especially wild party.

"They were definitely together all night. At 3 a.m. Isaac walked Britney out to her car and said goodbye and she drove off," a source told Star magazine.

However, the gentlemanly Cohen insists the couple is still going strong, telling Star magazine on Friday that "everything is fine" between them adding, "I talked with her earlier today."

Last Thursday, Spears was spotted at a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cafe in Santa Monica, Calif., where she was followed by a pack of paparazzi.

As she headed back to her car, Britney Spears told the photographers gathered, "Me and Isaac are not together, by the way."

When photographers asked her if the relationship was really over, Britney replied, "Yes."
