After some debate Nicole Kidman decided she should go for a prenuptial agreement with her then-fiancee, Keith Urban.

Oscar-winning Nicole Kidman's estimated worth is set at about $50 million and, even though she was the prenup, she made Keith Urban sign a less than favorable prenuptial contract.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban signed the prenup, detailing exact sums that he is entitled to, should the marriage fail.

Recovered alcoholic and cocaine addict, Keith Urban will get $600,000 for each year of their marriage but, if he starts drinking or doing drugs again, the deal is annulled, the prenup stipulates.

 

There's also a weird point about the kids: Nicole and Keith are to get joint custody of any offspring their union results in, but Keith is not allowed to remove the child or children from the country in which the mother has residence.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are a match in money terms. They were this year named the richest individuals in Australia's entertainment industry by business magazine BRW. Nicole Kidman earned $US 15 million last year with Keith Urban almost beating her with $US 14 million.

Nicole Kidman once she mentioned she wanted to retire from acting when she was 40 and move back to Australia for a quiet life.

According to media reports, Keith Urban agreed to the terms of prenup with a smile. And he has a lot to smile about: Nicole Kidman has almost moved to his native Tennessee, and she looks quite happy about being away from Hollywood limelight.

"I've moved to Tennessee for my personal life," Kidman told reporters in Shanghai. "I'm establishing my new home there."
