Heather Locklear has laughed off rumours that she is dating comedian David Spade, despite the constant reports that they were seen together "kissing like a couple of teens".

Here's some background: L'Oreal spokesperson and actress Heather Locklear recently filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora. And Richie is now dating Heather's ex-pal Denise Richards, who also recently filed for divorce from Charlie Sheen.

 

Heather and David were first seen at an after-party for his US TV show, The Showbiz Show. They been spotted enjoying a romantic date on Malibu Beach, but a friend has cleared up all the confusion by insisting they were just "goofing off."

"The whole thing was blown out of proportion. They were joking around and hamming it up, and the next thing you know, people are saying they're together," says friend close to Heather Locklear.

As for father-of-two Charlie Sheen, the actor who was reported to hit dating websites, has moved in with his moving-on new girlfriend, former actress, Brooke Mueller.

"Brooke is in love. Charlie is a solid guy and they are very compatible," Us Weekly reports, based on their own "source."
