The newlywed couple spent their first night after the wedding at the Parrot Cay resort. "Access Hollywood" has learned that the couple is staying at actor Bruce Willis' house on one of the islands.
Representatives for both Affleck and Garner confirmed the marriage on Thursday.
For the first time publicists Ken Sunshine and Nicole King also confirmed that Jennifer Garner is pregnant with her first child.
It's Garner's second trip down the aisle. Jennifer Garner was previously married to actor Scott Foley. The couple divorced in March 2004.
Ben Affleck was previously engaged to singer-actress Jennifer Lopez, a relationship widely followed by the media. The couple broke the engagement in 2003. His other high-profile relationships include a romance with Gwyneth Paltrow.
Affleck and Garner co-starred in the 2003 comic book movie "Daredevil," where they played Daredevil and Elektra, respectively. They began dating in August 2004.
