If you avoid breakfast foods and beverages because you suffer from heartburn, indigestion, or acid reflux, then have no fear. Celebrity chef and judge on Bravo's "Top Chef," Tom Colicchio has some tips for enjoying breakfast without the discomfort.
"I just recommend skipping some of the fruit juices, but the Simple Smooth is just easy on my stomach and you know I find myself having two or three cups now in the morning," says Colicchio.
"You know I think keeping it simple is the best way to go. Just go to the green markets - or go to the grocery store - and find what's in season and what's fresh," chef added.
"And don't do a whole lot to it, just let this food speak for itself. I think that's the best way to go about it."
