Earlier this year Jessica Simpson turned down the chance to shine on the cover of Vanity Fair only because she didn't want to talk about her failed marriage. However, now Jessica thinks about telling her side of story, IN TOUCH reports, perhaps on a TV show.
Most likely, Jessica plans to talk about the much-rumoured romance Nick Lachey presumably had with MTV host Vanessa Minnillo last year, when "Newlyweds" were still married. Jessica Simpson filed for divorce three months after photos of Nick Lachey flirting with sultry brunette were published.
"It's a painful subject," says a friend close to Jessica Simpson, "It's tarnishing her happier memories of her marriage."
