Naomi Campbell is being accused by another of her maids who claims the supermodel hit her.
Gaby Gibson filed a claim in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, accusing naomi Campbell of "personal injuries," "employment discrimination," "civil assault," "civil battery" and other terrible things.
The maid asks for "actual, compensatory and punitive" damages without specifying an amount.
For those who lost count of maids, personal assistants and other servants of Naomi, this is the different maid that was accused of stealing a pair of jeans.
Naomi Campbell is due in court this week on a similar charge. The supermodel couldn't find a pair of Chip & Pepper jeans and hit her maid.
In that incident, Naomi Campbell is charged with assault for allegedly hitting Ana Scolavino in the back of the head with a Blackberry. Campbell allegedly accused Scolavino of stealing the missing jeans.
In August 2004, in the same apartment, Naomi Campbell reportedly slapped another maid Millicent Burton across the face. Naomi Campbell also pleaded guilty in Toronto to an assault charge for beating another assistant while making a film in Canada in 1998. There was another similar accident in 2003.
It might look like Naomi Campbell wears some rare hard-to-find denim made in limited quantities. Or that she has an unlimited access to free cell phones.
Or that she doesn't care she is facing seven years in prison.
