Heidi Klum, 31, had no official comment, but one of her closest friends confirms the supermodel is definitely with child.

"She is pregnant. They [Heidi and Seal] are very, very happy," the pal tells Star.

Klum and Seal have two homes, one in L.A. and another in New York. "They are currently deciding where to bring up the baby," the source added.

Klum, who made her name as a Victoria's Secret model, already has a daughter, Leni, 11 months old, from a previous relationship with Italian race car team owner Flavio Briatore. The pair broke up in early 2004, after which Klum hooked up with Seal, getting engaged last December.
