On Sunday September 7th during this year’s Film Festival, MAC Cosmetics will host a Gold Fever Party that will follow the DSquared² fashion show at Fashion Television’s headquarters where MAC will be backstage recreating the makeup look for the Canadian duo’s Fall collection.

Following the show, Dan & Dean Caten will mingle with celebrities, models and VIP’s at MAC’s Gold Fever event, and A-listers in attendance will be treated to a performance by Grammy Award-winning disco diva Thelma Houston.

Gold Fever is M•A•C’s latest event to travel the globe, transporting guests into a solid gold disco, reminiscent of Studio 54. A night where ‘DJ is God’ and a sensory overload await the Glitterati at the end of the gold carpet. From Go-Go dancers and sparkling disco balls to pulsing beats and flowing champagne, Gold Fever welcomes guests back to the golden age of the 1970’s.

The MAC Gold Fever party recently kicked off Sydney and Delhi Fashion Weeks, launched MAC in Columbia, and in a few weeks will launch MAC in Tel Aviv. Models and dancers at the party will also showcase the looks from MAC’s Gold Fever makeup collection, available exclusively at The Bay and Nordstrom locations on September 25th.
