Nicky Hilton is adding to her burgeoning empire with two new hotels. The blonde fashion designer, who knows a thing or two about the hotel business thanks to her family name, will open the Nicky O in Miami this November and a second hotel in Chicago a short while after.
And don't just expect Nicky's celebrity friends to stay in the hotels, they're also helping design them.
Fashion designer Roberto Cavalli is set to furnish a $5,000-a-night penthouse at the 94-room Miami destination, which will even have its own signature scent.
"I've always wanted to do it," says Nicky Hilton who is also heiress to Hilton hotel fortune.
"I've been around hotels my whole life, and I know a good hotel when I see one. I'll go to my family for advice, but they're not involved at all."
