Italian luxury empire Gucci is cooking up plenty of plans for its 85th anniversary this year. It's new book, Gucci by Gucci will launch in September and promises 85 years' worth of famous Gucci-clad red carpet moments.

Put together from the house archives, the Gucci "memoires" book will feature all the brand's most celebrated clothes and accessories as worn by the world's most famous celebrities.
Published by Mondadori Electa and designed by Doug Lloyd, Gucci by Gucci will launch during Milan Fashion Week in September before going on sale in select bookshops worldwide from November.
An exclusive version of Gucci by Gucci, wrapped in an exclusive 'La Pelle Guccissima' slip, will also be sold from Gucci stores.
