Toronto Fashion Show Will Feature Escada For Spring 2006

Toronto Fashion Show, the highlight of the Toronto social calendar and the pre-eminent fashion event in town, will take place for the 52nd time!

On November 10, 2005, over one thousand of the city’s most prominent patrons, corporate leaders, media stars, celebrities, and the who's who of Toronto's philanthropic scene will gather at Metro Toronto Convention Centre's Constitution Hall for the highlight of the Toronto social calendar and the pre-eminent fashion event in town.

Year after year, guests of the Toronto Fashion Show event are wowed by a fashion show featuring the ESCADA collection.

The Toronto Fashion Show (TFS) is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost fundraising organizations, and arguably one of the longest standing committee’s in Toronto.

For the past fifty years, the TFS has collectively raised millions of dollars for women’s cancer care.

Solely through the fund raising efforts of this committee, there now exists a Familial Ovarian Cancer Clinic at Princess Margaret Hospital.

"Our present goal is to pave the way to finding a cure for ovarian cancer through funding advanced genomic research. Our continued partnership with Princess Margaret Hospital, one of Canada's most prestigious hospitals and world-renowned facility for its cancer research, will assist us in accomplishing this goal," Toronto Fashion Show organizers say.
