Make Your Mark Against Breast Cancer

Let's Hear It for the GIRLS: Mark's Work Wearhouse to donate 100% of exclusive t-shirt proceeds to breast cancer research.

Mark's Work Wearhouse, Canada's "Clothes that Work" store, will launch a limited-edition, company-designed, exclusive Breast Cancer T-shirt at Mark's Fall Ladies Night on September 29, 2005.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the One Night, One Cause t-shirt
sales will be donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Society, as 320 stores
from Victoria to St. John's host Mark's Fall 2005 Ladies Night to celebrate great fashion and support a tremendous cause.

"Mark's Ladies Night is a well-loved and much-anticipated event for our
stores and the communities in which they serve," says Michael Strachan, senior vice president marketing and store design for Mark's Work Wearhouse.

"Women's wear is such an important part of Mark's product mix, and we value and continue to recognize our female customers' loyalty."

Ladies Night is a bi-annual Mark's Work Wearhouse event honouring Mark's female shoppers with special offers, in-store specific local events and draws.

This year's special features include a national contest with chances to win the grand prizes of a trip for two anywhere in North America (up to $2,500); $1,000 in Mark's Work Wearhouse Gift Cards; and $500 in free gasoline from Canadian Tire Petroleum. Each Mark's Store will also conduct its own in-store draw.

Mark's 100% cotton Denver Hayes Breast Cancer T - featuring a
checkerboard mosaic of the Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon - will be available at all Mark's locations (Quebec excluded) starting on Ladies Night, September 29th. For $19.99 plus applicable taxes, women will receive a great-looking Mark's designed t-shirt and feel even better about wearing it proudly throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October 2005.

Ladies Night takes place at 320 Mark's Work Wearhouse locations across
English-speaking Canada on September 29, 2005 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in each respective time zone.
