Jamie Lynn Spears' breastfeeding photos posted on the Web have triggered federal investigation.

12 photographs, some of the photos contains Jamie Lynn breast feeding her baby girl, Maddie, are considered, being that Jamie Lynn is still 17, child pornography.

The photos were said to be on Aldridge's digital camera. He took the memory card to a local Wal-Mart, in Louisiana, to make copies of the photos.

A smart employee at Wal-Mart made extra copies of the pictures and tried to sell them.

Several of the photos contain Jamie Lynn with her breast exposed, while other contain her in underwear with Britney, her baby and the baby's dad Casey.

Since Jamie Lynn is only 17 years old, and some pictures show her breast exposed, it could be interpreted as child pornography.

Any pictures of minors can land the buyer and the seller in federal prison not only for child pornography, but also for receiving stolen property.

Britney's lawyers consider suing Wal-Mart for the breach in security.
