According to the new survey, 70 per cent of Canadian women covet a top female celebrity's curls with one in five finding Kate Winslet's curly tresses most desirable, followed by Kate Hudson, Rachel McAdams, Tyra Banks, Sandra Oh, Christina Aguilera. 75 per cent also believe curly hair suggests a woman is flirty, sexy, daring, wild or spirited - with the most saying curls imply a woman who is spirited.

With only 19 per cent Canadian women blessed with curls and ringlets, it is no surprise that so many covet the curl. And with this season's hottest curl looks being spotted on the fashion runways and on celebrities, styling experts are predicting lots of curls and waves to hit the streets.
