YSL Beauté-owned designer fragrance brand Stella McCartney is set to launch a 100%-organic facial care line, dubbed Care by Stella McCartney.
The luxury, Ecocert-certified offering is the brand’s first skincare line and makes a statement corresponding to the designer’s stance in organic and environmental issues.

The star products are a Five Benefits Moisturizing Cream and Fluid which contain extracts of grapeseed oil, linseed oil, rose oil, mallow, green tea and soybean oil. We are already hooked!
Packaged in white and silver, Care by Stella McCartney is designed to be a unisex, modern offer. The brand is also trying a new strategy in distribution targeting spas as well as selective doors.
To support the launch, which takes place in international markets next spring, the advertising campaign, shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, was inspired by a country setting—a theme used on the designer’s website and reflects McCartney’s childhood.
Care by Stella McCartney comprises eight products including moisturizers, a cleanser, a toner, and three elixirs, priced from approximately $45CAN to $90CAN for the elixirs and $120CAN for the moisturizing cream.
