Garnier Nutritionist: Feed Your Skin

Nutritionist line is enriched with essential fatty acids Omega3+6 that help strengthen the cellular membrane plus many more nutritious ingredients to feed the skin from outside.

 


The skin benefits little from the nutrients available in food, Garnier experts claim, which means that all skin types can suffer from nutritional deficiencies.

For example, oligo-elements like magnesium or zinc, and anti-oxidant vitamins (vitamins C, E and A) found in fruits and vegetables are essential to help maintain healthy skin. There are two essential fatty acids that do not occur naturally in the body which are very important to maintain healthy skin as well as general well-being: linoleic acid and alpha-linoleic acid

Nutritionist line is enriched with essential fatty acids Omega3+6 that help strengthen the cellular membrane. Omega-3 can be found in salmon, sardines, tuna and almonds. Sunflower seeds, wheat, sesame seeds, corn and oils derived from some of these foods also have a high Omega-6 content.

Magnesium is known to be a powerful source of cellular energy. Magnesium can be found in tofu, wheat, cashews, peanuts, potatoes, spinach and milk. Varying quantities of Magnesium are also present in fruits and vegetables. Lipopeptides stimulate the natural production of epidermal lipids, while caffeine is known for its decongesting properties as well as its stimulating and energizing qualities for cell metabolism.
