French beauty brand Nuxe famous for its honey-based lines and golden Huile Prodigieuse oil, will launch in Canada in July at drugstores Jean Coutu, Shoppers Drug Mart and The Bay.
"There has been an evolution in the [North American] drugstore channel," Nuxe president Aliza Jabès tells Cosmeticnews.com, "And there is a potential to take the same approach in the US—we’ll see how things develop,"
Shoppers Drug Mart, for example, announced plans last month to build Beauty Boutiques in 35 stores by year-end as part of its larger “super-size” store expansion plan.
Since its inception in 1957, Nuxe Laboratory has been focusing on natural beauty products based on principles of Phytotherapy and Aromatherapy (the combined use of plants and essential oils".) As a result, most Nuxe products are well tolerated by the most delicate skin types and are guaranteed to contain no animal substances, mineral oils (hydrocarbon derivatives such as highly comedogenic petrolatum or paraffin) or artificial coloring agents. All Nuxe packaging is recyclable. Bravo!
