After two years in the making, Kenzo Parfums (LVMH) is presenting Kenzoamour, its biggest women’s fragrance launch since FlowerbyKenzo.
As Kenzo Parfums creative director Patrick Guedj confides, it was no easy task to conceive a new fragrance, in view of the success of its predecessor.
But despite the high expectations, Kenzo Parfums ceo Odile Lobadowsky is confident that Amour will not replace Flower.
The advertising for musky floral scent was shot and filmed in India by Guedj. The luxurious romantic fragrance composed by Olivier Cresp of Firmenich, was inspired by a Balinese floral offering.
The lacquered glass bottle design with elongated plastic top comes in three different colors, depending on a size.
Kenzoamour will arrive in Western markets in September and launches in Asia in 2007.
