One fragrance for two people – could it be any sexier? Just wait for the first unisex fragrance for the Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance brand.
“The idea is to return to traditional perfumery where there were no women’s and men’s genres. Perfumes were made for the individual,” Sylvie Polette, the vice president of Jean Paul Gaultier, tells Cosmeticnews.com.
The new Gaultier fragrance line, named Gaultier2 (read “Gaultier to the power of two”) underscores a doubling act for the one scent through a packaging artifice whereby a magnetically-backed bottle can be fixed to another.
The 40ml bottles are available both as a couple or as single items. As a limited edition, smaller Gaultier2 as 20ml bottles can also be magnetically attached. The line additionally includes a larger bottle of Gaultier2 eau de parfum and scented massage oil.
