Sarah Jessica Parker will become a face of a new fragrance created by Lancaster, the prestige branch of Coty Inc.

According to the company’s statement, Sarah Jessica Parker is “a global icon that women of all ages can relate and aspire to. She has the ability to manage a successful acting career and family with style and grace”.

The line of Sarah Jessica Parker fragrances will debut in fall 2005. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"The creative energy and dedication of the Lancaster Group is exactly what I am looking for in a beauty partner," said Sarah Jessica Parker. "I look forward to working closely with Lancaster Group to bring my first fragrance to the market."

Lancaster also created star-powered scents for Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen.
