Angelina Jolie documented her recent trip to Afghanistan, where the UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador made an appeal for more support for refugees who are returning home.
Angelina talked with the civilians, both young and old, and was visibly affected by the poverty that surrounded them.
"When you ask them what they need, they just smile and say, 'Everything,'" the actress narrates in the video.
"They have suffered so much, and yet the Afghan people remain, gracious, open. They have a quiet dignity."
This was Angelina's first trip back to the country since giving birth to twins Knox and Vivienne in July.
